This advertising plan works particularly well with out of state buyers. Out of state buyers don’t know the names of the prominent local brokerages and their websites. Staging for a Quick Sale
We offer free light staging of your home from our resources or discounted professional staging from Stage to Perfection. See their statistics on the efficacy of staging. Our light staging service focuses on staging the first main room seen as one enters the house, providing a dining table and chairs (where the buyers can sit and sign a contract), and a few chairs in the corners of bedrooms. The goal is to create a good first impression and to make the photos look good. With superior photos, we can attract more buyers to the property.
We use a wide angle lens, which brings a whole room into the shot. We photograph all around the exterior, the neighborhood, the drive and garage, the front entry inside and out, multiple photos per room, very many photos of the kitchen, and close up photos of any interesting design elements or blooming foliage. We routinely snap 100+ photos of a house. Out of town buyers really appreciate this extra information. They get frustrated by the bulk of listings that provide little information and few or poor photos.
