Today I see 12 homes homes in Grays Harbor county coastal communities with fine ocean views.  These properties might be used as vacation rentals, full time residences, or private family retreats. The closest ocean beaches to Seattle lie in Grays Harbor county at about 150 miles or a drive of 2 1/2 to 3 hours.  The wide sandy beaches run for 50 miles through the communities of Grayland, Westport, Ocean City, Copalis Beach, Seabrook, Pacific Beach, and Moclips.  Ocean Shores is the best known community in the area, but new vacation rentals are banned there.  It can be a good choice for a private residence, however.
